attentive staff efficient luggage handling diverse menu
The staff were attentive, always ready to assist with a genuine smile. i especially appreciated the bellboys. They managed my luggage efficiently. i enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant, where the diverse menu offered choices for everyone.
The shower gel dispenser in my room was fixed to the wall, preventing me from moving it into the shower. Only hair products were available in bottles.

Surroundings include good restaurants and distances are walkable. This allows convenient access to local dining options. the area felt safe, even late at night, though the street was somewhat busy. public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel.

The breakfast was awesome, but it needed some changes daily. This would help maintain variety for longer stays. the staff were friendly and hardworking. I could see that they were really committed. the restaurant's atmosphere was warm and inviting!

The room was very clean. The housekeeping staff was very polite (I especially liked their attention to detail).
The air conditioning did not work adequately. The bed seemed old and uncomfortable to me.
